These free range, heritage breed, ungraded farm fresh eggs are sold either rinsed, or with the bloom and safe to keep on shelf at room temperature up to 2 weeks, or 3+ months depending who you talk to in the refrigerator. Gently wash thoroughly with a sponge and dish soap before eating. We appreciate reusing the cartons.
