Our broths are shipped FLASH FROZEN to preserve the structure created during slow simmering. Flash Freezing allows the broth to remain much closer to the condition it leaves our kitchen. This is our quality standard promise!

Frozen foods require insulation and temperature control during transit. To maintain safe shipping conditions, broth orders ship in minimum quantities. Broth minimums allow for viable cold-chain shipping.

Zone 1 — West Coast & Mountain

Zone 2 — Central & East Coast

Your broth may arrive:

• fully frozen

• partially thawed but still cool

Both conditions are normal during frozen shipping. If the broth is still refrigerator-cold, it can be refrigerated and used within several days or refrozen. Always heat your broth before consuming.

Orders are processed Mondays and shipped Tuesdays.

Orders placed up until Sunday at midnight will ship the upcoming Tuesday.

Orders placed Monday+ will ship the following Tuesday.

Most shipments arrive within 2–3 days after leaving our facility.
