STEP 1: MARROWVEDIC TALLOW MELT TONIC Heat 1 tsp of the Marrowvedic, melted ideally. Take the spoonful or shot on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Wait 10 minuted before consumption of any other foods or liquids while it does it's magic!
STEP 2: WARM BROTH LOW & SLOW. Never microwave. Pour into a small saucepan over low heat until desired temperature. Treat it like the real food it is.
