Step-by-step
STEP 1: PICK YOUR WINDOW A bone broth cleanse can be 1 day, 2 days, or 6+ days. They can be seasonally, monthly and even weekly. If you’re brand new, start with one day. One intentional day of doing something kind for your gut goes further than you think.
STEP 2: STOCK UP. Plan on 3–4 quarts per day. That’s your fuel. You’ll sip throughout the day the same way you’d reach for water or coffee — warm, slow, and intentional. See the Daily Broth Menu above.
STEP 3: SET YOU RHYTHM. Follow the plan laid out above. Make the timing work for your schedule. This is designed so that you're not getting dizzy and sick while you cleanse. And the broths taste exquisite too!
STEP 4: KEEP IT CLEAN. Water, herbal tea, and rest. No alcohol, no processed food, no inflammatory oils. Let the broth do its job without interference.
