Morels, also known as the “sacred mushroom” are a symbol of renewal and rebirth. Emerging from the forest ground, to provide their beloved earthy and nutty flavor. Western Red Cedar provides a sweet smokiness. Our bones are roasted on cedar planks, and the broth is slow boiled 48 hours with Western Red Cedar leaves. An antibacterial, the leaves and stems are used to treat colds and flu symptoms. Sage is a flavorful leaf with woodsy, fresh and slight peppery hints.
